- Arugula
- Beef Prosciutto
- Cantaloupe
- Burrata cheese
- Basil
- Balsamic glaze
- Avocado oil
Ball a cantaloupe. I used a metal teaspoon to create melon balls.
Lay a base of arugula. Top with 8-10 small basil leaves, burrata cheese and cantaloupe balls. Tuck in folded beef prosciutto. Drizzle with avocado oil and balsamic glaze.
