Serves: 6-8 Cook time: 20 minutes
Base
- 2 lb ground beef
- 6-7 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bags coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Drizzle of olive oil
Sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Add a drizzle of oil to a hot skillet and thoroughly cook the hamburger.
While the hamburger cooks, combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add the garlic, green onions and coleslaw mix and sauce to the browned hamburger in the skillet, along with the sauce. Reduce the heat to low and cover, lifting the lid to stir occasionally, until the cabbage is tender (5-7 minutes).
Eat as a stand alone dish.
